GIANT is calling all “budding artists” in grades K through 5! Let the artist choose … use pencils, crayons, markers or paint to depict a drawing of your favorite healthy snack.
Note: Look for the Healthy Ideas logo featured on product throughout your local MARTIN’S® Food Markets.
How to Enter: Submit your drawing on a 8.5 x 11 paper to your local participating MARTINS Store by Monday February 1.
This contest is open to any students Kindergarten thru Elementary School. The drawings will be sorted into groups of Kindergarten thru 2nd Grade or 3rd Grade thru 5th Grade.
Voting: Our stores will select the store finalist. A panel of judges will narrow done the store finalist to 5 semi finalist from each group. These winners will be posted on our website from 2/22 - 2/26 for everyone to vote. You do need to be registered for the 2009-2010 A+ School Rewards program in order to vote. The Grand Prize winners will be determined on or about 3/1.Prizes: Semifinalist will receive 40,000 Bonus points for their school. Grand Prize Winners will receive 100,000 Bonus Points for their school, $50 Barnes & Noble Gift Card and a Classroom Party (valued at $100 MARTINS Gift Card).
