You'll need to log in to change or sign up for school designations on your BonusCard account. If you have registered for an account at the MARTIN’S® Food Markets website, you may sign in using your user name and password. Otherwise, you'll need to supply both your 11-digit card number with no spaces and the first three characters of your last name.

When entering the first three characters of your last name, you may need to enter a space for one of the characters (i.e. McDonald or Mc Donald, O Shea or OShea).
